Aeroinis Aviation ("Aeroinis", "we") is an independent air charter brokerage and special logistics desk operating through its Türkiye and Montenegro entities. For the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Aeroinis is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our communication channels.
We collect only what you give us: your name, company, contact details (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp), and the content of your request — route, dates, passenger or cargo details. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics profiles on this site. The request form on this site does not store data on our servers; it opens your own WhatsApp or e-mail application with the message you composed.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange flights and logistics with licensed carriers and operational partners, meet legal obligations (aviation security, customs, sanctions and identity requirements), and maintain our commercial records. The legal bases are the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running a brokerage desk (KVKK art. 5; GDPR art. 6).
Only those who need it to deliver your request: the licensed air carrier performing your flight, ground handlers, customs brokers and logistics partners involved in your shipment, and our service providers — messaging and e-mail infrastructure (Meta/WhatsApp, Zoho Mail) and web infrastructure (Cloudflare). Passenger data is shared with carriers and authorities strictly as required for the flight. We never sell or rent your data, and commercial terms of any agreement remain confidential.
Because charter is international by nature, data may be transferred to carriers, handlers and authorities in the countries relevant to your flight or shipment, and to our service providers' infrastructure abroad, in accordance with KVKK art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and aviation record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR arts. 15–21 you may ask us whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy. Write to contact@aeroinis.com with "Data request" in the subject; we respond within the statutory period (30 days under KVKK).

Aeroinis Aviation ("Aeroinis"), Türkiye ve Karadağ tüzel kişilikleri üzerinden faaliyet gösteren bağımsız bir hava charter brokerlik ve özel lojistik masasıdır. Bu site ve iletişim kanallarımız üzerinden toplanan kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusudur.
Yalnızca sizin ilettikleriniz işlenir: ad-soyad, şirket, iletişim bilgileri (telefon, e-posta, WhatsApp) ve talebinizin içeriği — rota, tarih, yolcu ya da yük detayı. Bu sitede çerezle izleme, reklam pikseli ya da analitik profilleme kullanılmaz. Sitedeki talep formu verileri sunucumuzda saklamaz; yazdığınız mesajla birlikte kendi WhatsApp ya da e-posta uygulamanızı açar.
Talebinizi yanıtlamak, teklif hazırlamak, uçuş ve lojistik operasyonunu ruhsatlı taşıyıcılar ve iş ortaklarıyla düzenlemek, havacılık güvenliği, gümrük ve kimlik doğrulama gibi yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek ve ticari kayıtlarımızı tutmak. Hukuki sebepler: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülük ve meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5).
Veriler yalnızca talebin gerçekleşmesi için gerekli taraflara aktarılır: uçuşu icra eden ruhsatlı taşıyıcı, yer hizmetleri, gümrük müşavirleri ve lojistik partnerler ile mesajlaşma/e-posta (Meta/WhatsApp, Zoho) ve web altyapısı (Cloudflare) hizmet sağlayıcılarımız. Uçuşun uluslararası niteliği gereği yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m.9 çerçevesinde yapılır. Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz.
Yazışmalar, hizmetin sunulması ile vergi ve havacılık mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır, sonrasında silinir ya da anonimleştirilir. KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınız (bilgi talebi, erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) için contact@aeroinis.com adresine "Veri talebi" konusuyla yazabilirsiniz; başvurular 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
