1. Who we are

EMT Uluslararası Nakliye Lojistik San. ve Tic. A.Ş., trading as Aeroinis Aviation ("Aeroinis", "we"), is an independent air charter brokerage and special logistics desk. Registered office: Anbar Mah. 14. Cad. No: 52, Melikgazi / Kayseri, Türkiye. Trade registry no 50353 · MERSİS 0334090764200001 · Mimarsinan Tax Office 3340907642. For the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), this company is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our communication channels.

If you ask the desk to watch a route for a verified empty-leg opportunity, we use the route, date flexibility and contact channel you provide only to answer that request or notify you of a matching opportunity. You can stop Route Watch messages at any time by contacting the desk.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us, and we hold it in three places, each for a stated reason:

• Your enquiry. Name, company, telephone, e-mail and the content of the request — route, dates, passenger numbers, what you are travelling with. Sending a request from this site stores this record in our charter desk system so that we can answer it. Earlier versions of this page said the form stored nothing; that is no longer accurate, and this section replaces it.
• Your charter agreement. If you sign a charter agreement on this site we keep the signature record: your name, the e-mail address you gave, the date and time in UTC, the document and its version number, the version of our Terms of Business then in force, the address your browser connected from, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the wording that was on the page. There is no drawn signature and we do not track which clauses you opened. The fingerprint exists so that what you signed can later be proved to be what we hold — for you as much as for us; it is a SHA-256 of the published clause text, which you can recompute yourself.
• Passenger and travel-document details. Once a flight is confirmed, the operating carrier and the authorities of the states flown from, into and over require passenger names, dates of birth, nationality and travel-document numbers. We collect these only at that point, and only to file the flight.

If you photograph a passport to fill that form, the image is read on your own device; the photograph is never uploaded and we never receive it. Only the fields you can see in the form are sent.

We use no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics profiling on this site.

On the GoCargo quote screen we do keep a tally. It is a single document per day holding nothing but whole numbers — how many people opened the page, how many reached a price, how many sent it to the desk, and, in bands, which destination and which weight range they asked about. There is no visitor identifier, no cookie, no session, no IP address and nothing that could be joined back to a person or followed between pages: a shipment of 3.4 kg is filed as “1–5 kg” and nothing else about it is kept. We do this so we know which weight bands to negotiate with carriers, and it is the reason this site still needs no consent banner.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange flights and logistics with licensed carriers and operational partners, meet legal obligations (aviation security, customs, sanctions and identity requirements), and maintain our commercial records. The legal bases are the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running a brokerage desk (KVKK art. 5; GDPR art. 6).

4. Who receives it

Only those who need it to deliver your request: the licensed air carrier performing your flight, ground handlers, customs brokers and logistics partners involved in your shipment, and our service providers — database and authentication infrastructure (Google Firebase), web infrastructure (Cloudflare), and messaging and e-mail (Meta/WhatsApp, Zoho Mail). Passenger and travel-document data is shared with the operating carrier and with border authorities strictly as the flight requires. We never sell or rent your data, and the commercial terms of any agreement remain confidential.

5. International transfers

Because charter is international by nature, data may be transferred to carriers, handlers and authorities in the countries relevant to your flight or shipment, and to our service providers' infrastructure abroad, in accordance with KVKK art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and aviation record-keeping obligations. Signed charter agreements and their signature records are retained for ten years, the period during which a claim under the contract can still be brought. Passenger and travel-document details are retained only as long as aviation and border record-keeping requires. After those periods data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR arts. 15–21 you may ask us whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy. Write to go@aeroinis.com with "Data request" in the subject; we respond within the statutory period (30 days under KVKK). Deletion of a signed agreement or of flight records may be limited by the retention obligations in section 6, and we will say so if that is the case.
