This Authorisation sets out exactly what may be charged to your card, in what circumstances, and what notice you receive first. It is read together with the Charter Agreement for the same booking; together they form one agreement.
A. Who this is between
A.1 This Authorisation is between the cardholder (“you”) and the Aeroinis contracting entity identified on your Flight Order and Invoice (“Aeroinis”).
A.2 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the card is yours or that you are authorised to use it, and that you have capacity to enter into this Authorisation.
A.3 Your name, billing address, email and telephone number are taken from the booking file for reference —.
B. How your card details are handled
B.1 Card details are entered directly with Aeroinis' payment provider through its own secure page. Aeroinis does not collect, view, transmit or store your full card number, expiry or security code.
B.2 Where the provider supports it, the card is held as a token — a reference that lets an authorised charge be made without Aeroinis ever holding the card data itself.
B.3 The payment provider is identified to you at the point you enter the details, together with its own terms.
C. What you are authorising
C.1 Payment of the Charter Price by card
If you elect to pay by card, you authorise Aeroinis to charge the card for the Charter Price stated in the Flight Order or Invoice, in the currency stated there. No separate card-processing fee is added unless it is disclosed to you before you authorise the payment.
C.2 Card held as security for a bank transfer
Where you elect to pay by bank transfer and Aeroinis requires a card as security for the booking:
- An authorisation hold — not a charge — may be placed on the card when the booking is confirmed. Where a hold is placed, it is released once cleared funds are received, normally within one to three business days depending on your issuer.
- If cleared funds do not reach Aeroinis by the payment deadline stated in the Flight Order, Aeroinis may charge the card for the outstanding Charter Price. Where Aeroinis does so, it does not also cancel the booking under clause 5.3 of the Charter Agreement, and no cancellation charge arises from that same missed deadline. Aeroinis elects one remedy or the other, and tells you which in the notice under section D.
- Before any such charge, Aeroinis will give you at least 24 hours' written notice by email, stating the amount and the deadline missed, so that you can transfer instead.
C.3 Operational costs arising after the flight
You authorise Aeroinis to charge the card for documented operational costs arising from your charter — extended ground waiting, crew duty extension, de-icing, additional sectors flown at your request, catering ordered on board, ground handling variations, airport charges levied after the event, and damage attributable to passengers.
Such charges must be reasonable, documented and customary for the aircraft, route and service concerned, and are subject to section D.
C.4 Services you use on board at a disclosed rate
Some on-board services — connectivity, satellite communications, on-demand catering — are priced per unit by the Operator. Where the rate is disclosed to you before use, your use of the service at that rate authorises the resulting charge. Where no rate was disclosed before use, the charge is treated as an operational cost under C.3 and section D applies.
D. Notice before any charge
D.1 Before charging any amount under C.3 or C.4, Aeroinis sends you an itemised statement — each line, its amount, and the Operator or airport invoice supporting it.
D.2 You have five (5) business days from that statement to query any line. Aeroinis will not process a queried line until the query is answered.
D.3 If Aeroinis cannot reach you after at least two attempts on separate channels over not fewer than five business days, Aeroinis may process the documented charges and will send the itemised receipt to the address on file.
D.4 Post-flight charges are notified within sixty (60) days of the flight date. An itemised receipt follows every charge processed.
E. Validity, re-authorisation and decline
E.1 Card authorisations expire under card-scheme rules, typically within 7 to 30 days. If an authorisation expires before it is used for its stated purpose, you consent to Aeroinis obtaining a fresh authorisation for the same amount and the same purpose. Aeroinis will tell you by email when it does. No greater amount is authorised without your agreement.
E.2 If the card is declined for an authorised charge, Aeroinis will notify you and you may provide an alternative payment method. The amount remains payable under the Charter Agreement.
E.3 You may withdraw this Authorisation at any time by written notice to Aeroinis. Withdrawal does not by itself cancel your booking or extinguish amounts already payable under the Charter Agreement; if you withdraw it, Aeroinis will tell you what remains outstanding and how to settle it.
F. Questions about a charge
F.1 If you think a charge is wrong, contact the desk within thirty (30) days at go@aeroinis.com. Aeroinis acknowledges within one business day and aims to resolve within ten business days, with the supporting invoices attached.
F.2 This request to come to us first does not limit, delay or waive any right you have against your card issuer or under applicable consumer-protection or payment-services law. Those rights remain fully available to you at any time.
G. Personal data
G.1 Data relating to this Authorisation is processed in accordance with the Aeroinis Privacy Policy and applicable legislation including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
G.2 Aeroinis retains the record of this Authorisation — reference, version, timestamp, accepting name and email — for as long as legal and contractual retention requirements apply.
H. Relationship to the Charter Agreement, law and jurisdiction
H.1 This Authorisation is incorporated into the Charter Agreement for the same booking. Cancellation terms, refunds, substitution and service scope are governed by that Agreement and the Terms of Business.
H.2 Governing law and jurisdiction follow the Flight Order. For bookings contracted by the Türkiye-established Aeroinis contracting entity, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of those courts is non-exclusive. Where you are a consumer, nothing in this clause affects your right under Turkish Law No. 6502 to apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) or to the consumer court of your own place of residence.
H.3 Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection right available to you under applicable law.
Authorisation
Accepting here records your authorisation for the booking reference shown at the top of this document. Card details are not entered on this page — the desk sends you the payment provider's secure link separately.
Never send card details by email or messaging app. If a message asks you to, it is not from Aeroinis — call the desk on a number you already hold. Read alongside the Charter Agreement, the Terms of Business and the Privacy Policy.
