The numbers
This route, at a glance.
Distances are great-circle, computed from published airport coordinates (aviowiki open data, CC BY 4.0). Block time is an estimate including airway routing, taxi, climb and descent — not a schedule.
Airport choice
Which airport, and why.
Midway is twenty minutes from the Loop and takes business aviation on its own ramp; Chicago Executive is the alternative for the North Shore.
Season
When it tightens.
Business traffic through the year; the winter storms move departures, not the demand.
Price
What moves the number is not the flight time.
An operator charges from the moment the aircraft leaves its base until it is back. An aircraft standing at your departure airport needs no positioning; one two hours away means you pay for four hours you never fly. This is why the same enquiry comes back from different brokers at different numbers — they are not quoting the same aircraft.
The aircraft
Aircraft that fly this sector.
Drawn live from the aircraft guide — the same published figures, the same sources. The quotation names the exact aircraft and operator.
The desk

Send the date and the passenger count. The operator named, the aircraft type and the inclusions listed, back the same working day.

Times and price bands are for planning, not a quotation. Every flight is performed by a licensed air carrier and nothing is confirmed until the operator confirms in writing. Flights within the United States: Aeroinis acts as an air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295. It is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft; the operating carrier is named before you commit. Quotations for transportation that begins and ends in the United States include the 7.5% federal excise tax and the $5.30 per-passenger domestic segment fee (2026). Bands on this page are in US dollars.
