Do we need an ATA Carnet?
If the goods return home after the event — almost always yes, it is the cheapest and fastest regime. The desk prepares the carnet with your chamber of commerce and plans both border crossings before the first flight.
Can a courier accompany the artwork?
Yes. For high-value works an on-board courier or accompanying registrar is standard; the desk books the courier, the seat and the supervised loading together.
A lens package must be in Istanbul for Friday's shoot. Options?
Small high-value kit is on-board courier territory: it flies as checked or cabin material with a trained courier and clears passenger channels — usually the same day.
