Aeroinis OBC Network
An on-board courier hand-carries a small, urgent shipment as cabin baggage — a machine part that has stopped a production line, a clinical sample, a document that closes a deal. You check in, you fly, you hand it over against signature. We book the ticket, prepare the paperwork and stay on the phone the whole way.
How a mission runs
A route, a date and a deadline. You say yes or no — nothing obliges you to take a mission.
You take the shipment, photograph it and sign for it. We have already lodged the paperwork.
Cabin baggage, priority connections where they exist, and a coordinator reachable at every leg.
Signature on delivery closes the file. The desk confirms it to the client while you are still standing there.
On the day
Why people fly these
Honestly, not everyone stays. The people who do tend to give the same four answers.
There is no roster and no shift. A mission is offered, you take it or you do not, and nothing follows from a no.
The ticket, the routing and the paperwork are the desk's job. You get an itinerary and a name to call, not a booking problem.
Milan on Tuesday, Dubai on Friday. Short stays, usually, but they are somewhere rather than nowhere.
At the other end there is a plant that restarts, an aircraft that flies, or a laboratory that can begin. Few jobs let you see the result the same day.
And the part nobody advertises. It is real work at unsocial hours. Missions come at short notice, connections go wrong, and a border officer can hold you up for an hour with questions. If that sounds like a bad week rather than a good story, this is not the right work — and it is better for both of us that you know that now.
What is checked
Before you apply
We would rather you read this now than fill in a form and find out afterwards. All of it is checked before a first mission.
What a mission looks like. No two are the same. One is a morning departure to Frankfurt and you are home the same evening. The next is a country that wants a visa, at an hour nobody plans for — the part comes off a bench at 03:00 and the aircraft has to be in the air within a few hours. You are told the route, the date, the deadline and what you are carrying before you say yes, and turning one down changes nothing about the next call.
Please read before applying. One application per person. We answer applications we can use, and we cannot promise a reply to every one. Applying is not acceptance into the network, and acceptance is not a promise of missions — work depends on where you are based, what visas you hold and what our clients need that week. Couriers are engaged as independent freelancers, responsible for their own tax and insurance.
We are not asking for documents on this page. No passport scan, no criminal record, no card details. If your profile fits, the desk will contact you and send a private link for those — so we only hold documents for people we are actually working with.
The waiting
Apply
Two minutes. Nothing here is a document, and nothing here commits you to anything.
